New Decapod UI features, tasks (gathered from Nigeria trip)

Hi everyone,

Early in December 2011, Justin Obara and I travelled to Nigeria to set up some camera and flatbed digitization equipment at the University of Ibadan, and Bayero University Kano. We have documented our notes here:

From our observations in Nigeria, we have compiled a list of new features, tasks, and fixes to be factored into the Decapod roadmap. This document can be found here:

Our next step is to determine which of these features will be implemented and schedule them into the roadmap.
