Revised Decapod 0.5 release plan

Hi everyone,

Justin and I had a chance to sit down yesterday and revise the Decapod 0.5 release plan based on the work that was completed prior to the December holiday, and factoring in possible new features.

The major decisions of the planning was to temporarily remove the remote camera capture and calibration component, and the image management UI. Since we have a new architecture being implemented and new designs, these components would have required substantial work. Rather than try to build everything at once, we will do incremental feature additions over the next few releases which will bring back this missing functionality.

Currently the image management UI is slated to be in Decapod 0.6 and remote camera capture in a release after Decapod 0.7. The current plan for upcoming Decapod releases can be found here:

With respect to the work for Decapod 0.5, work has already begun and is slated to be complete for mid March 2012.
