Scale factor to convert DeCals images from nanomaggies to counts

I would like to use DeCals images from legacysurvey.org for GALFIT decompositions. The images are in the unit of nanomaggies. I would like to convert images into counts for GALFIT decompositions. In the image header and also in webpage, I am not able to find the scale factor that would convert the images in counts. Please help me to find this scale factor. Thanks for your help.

The images are constructed from coadds of individual DECam exposures.  There is no constant conversion factor.  There is no good reason to require images in units of counts; we have release calibrated images and uncertainty maps.
