Legacy Survey Server Down?

Hi,

Is the legacy survey server down lately? I've noticed that the response is much slower than before when I cutout psf and using the viewer page. I'm curious to know if it's a server issue, as I've checked multiple networks on my end that are responding slowly.

Yes, we have had some outages lately.  I think it's back to normal now.
