Richard Powers and Mirage Marrou Greene teach classes from 7 to 9
pm. Richard is our dance music DJ from 9pm to midnight
7:15 - Easy Party Dances, to
movie music. Some of these will be done tonight at the
Movie Night party, and these may be useful to know because some
day you may need to come up with a dance that everyone can do, at
a wedding, teambuilding outing, or a party of any flavor. This is
an ALL-LEVELS class, no previous experience required.
8:10 - FNW premiere: Sokkie
Are you always hearing about new dances like Bachata, Kizomba and
Zouk after they hit the big dance studios? Catch the newest one
now, before it hits the mainstream. Sokkie is a morph of swing and
one-step that has hit big in South Africa. It's easy, fun,
stress-free, and can be as simple or as fancy as you want to make
it. It will also be danced tonight, so learn it here first.
Another all-levels class, no previous experience required.
9pm - Party!
$12 for dance and classes. $10 for dance only from 9 pm to
midnight. $10 for students at all times.
No partner necessary. We rotate rapidly in class.
All Ages.
