to Decaf Support
Hi,
I purchased and installed Decaf a few days ago and have not been able
to get it to connect with my AWS server. I've checked the Access Key
I and Secret Access Key and they are correct but after completing
these fields decaf appears to try to validate them but I then get the
Android cash message saying: "The application Decaf (process
net.nineapps.decaf) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
Upon exiting this message I'm taken to the Decaf main screening
showing 0 instances etc.
I've tried it numerous times but to no avail. I'm using an HTC Legend
running Android 2.1.
Any hints?
Thanks, and_y

Hi andy_v,
That is shitty. I have been checking the Market, to find your crash logs, but there aren't any from the last couple of days. Can you try to get the crash logs? (You can use the 'Log Collector' app for that.)
Thanks,
Jurg.

Hi Andy,
We didn't hear anything else from you. Did the application work for you? Were you able to do a Refresh and see your instances?
