[Decaf Group: 67] Instance Trouble

I am getting instance trouble alerts that say "Watch failed for
instances in region US West N-California!" and when I open up the
alert it lists all of my servers under "Troubled Instances" but they
all have the green coffee bean icon next to them.

I wanted to figure out if this is how it is supposed to work.

I think more details on the each outage would be very helpful.

yes, this is not at al clear now. we use the red/yellow/orange beans for showing the state in amazon. i myself hardly ever use that. so perhaps we should use red for 'failed watches'. that way we can see immediately if the problem requires immediate attention.

i am not quite sure how to provide the reason of the problem, but i agree it would be helpful. although i always find myself going to the instance itself to see if the watch still works. (still occasional false alarms on my network, but it is getting better every week.)
