version 1.0.7 (sorry for the total lack of creativity in numbering)

chicos,

we just updated decaf on the market. the new version 1.0.7. big changes are that we are finally a bit more careful with the resources when we don't need them. and we fixed some activities for the small screen phones like the tattoo, so we can finally support those as well.

some people use the phone in 'demo' mode, or just don't add a valid account. although i don't always understand why i think we should be a responsible android citizen and stay away from resources we don't need. we had to look for the way to implement this. but of course it was possible. we just disable 'components' when there is no account validated.

we thought we could easily fix the activities for the small screens, but it took a bit more time. there was one activity (permissions for AMIs) that was not 100% implemented yet, and we just hit the limits of what interaction the user interface could handle. in the end we transformed the activity to a dialog, and now it is quite nice.
