people,
one more feature before multiple accounts: password protect. with the news of easily bypassed lockscreens on droids (or nexusones) and some of our most loyal customers expressing concerns it was about time to add this feature. and, of course, the nature of our work demands we are careful in every thing we do. implementing this was not as easy as expected, but we found a way that is functionally clear and does the trick (we think.)
if you were waiting for this feature just go to settings and add a password. once you add a password all activities (screens) that potentially change your account are protected. within a screen you have to authenticate once while staying in that screen. the policy is still fixed, and lets you try 5 times before it deletes amazon keys (and the password) from the preferences, rendering decaf useless.
as always we are curious to what you think, and how you experience this feature.
groet,
jurg.
