Does DECAF only support Ubuntu 12.04 3.5.0-23-generic？I can't launch DECAF with Ubuntu 12.04 3.2.0-23-generic-pae

Can you be more specific about what you mean by you can't lunch DECAF? In principle, as long as you can run the virtual machine in QEMU, you can run in DECAF. You do need to get a profile for the OS kernel in the guest, in order to enable VMI.

when loading ubuntu,Decaf will execute function load_proc_info in shared/linux_procinfo.cpp and try to find match section which results in startup fail

How should I get a profile for the OS kernel in the guest? and after that, I add the profile into the file procinfo.ini, is that OK?

I think PAE only works for 64-bit system. Right now, DECAF only supports 32-bit guest. I believe when you say qemu is OK, you were actually running 64-bit qemu.

The command for qemu that I run is ./i386-softmmu/qemu-system-i386 ubuntu.img -m 1024.

Can you provide me with ubuntu12.04.img that you can run normally?
