Important: Week 1 Roster and Live Coverage

Hi All,

The new season starts next Wednesday as you all know and our live coverage begins! Thanks to everyone for the season previews and press day content, the site hits have gone through the roof in the last week or so.

Attached is the Roster/Rota for Week  1 (8th April-14th April). Please open it, read it carefully and let us know if you have any problems. Please take note of what you're assigned to do and the red boxes are currently free and we need writers to fill in these gaps. If you can put your name down in one of these red spaces, please get back to me asap.

We will be running a live blog in our match centre (deepextracover.com/livematchcentre) from Wednesday-Saturday and we need all the help we can get for that, if you can lend us a hand, give me a shout.

Match Previews as assigned on the roster need to be submitted via the portal or by email by Tuesday at 11am. Please stick to the match preview template which can be found on the portal while match reports need to be submitted asap after the day's play.

For anyone attending games next week, and if you need a press pass, email me asap so I can contact the relevant county. 

Also, myself and Tom Maston will be hosting  a training session via skype on Monday evening on how to do live updates. More details to follow.

Please get back to me asap so we can nail our county coverage!
