Hello

I have upgraded from IE 8 to IE 11 on Windows 7 64 bit. When I try to activate DebugBar, I get the following dialog box asking if I also want to activate related add-ons:

I press [Enable] with all 3 options checked. But then, nothing happens. DebugBar is never displayed on any toolbar. I have re-installed DebugBar already and re-booted the computer more than once.

Is this a known issue? Could it be due to security settings? It is a corporate computer with strict security settings. Though I have (limited) local administration rights.

Is DebugBar supporting IE 11 at all? The built-in Developper Tools (F12) have become fairly good. The only feature which I'm still missing, is HTML validation.

Best Regards,

Jörg

Hi,

DebugBar is supporting IE11 (I'm using Windows 8.1 with IE11 and it works correctly).

Do you have "Inspect Element with DebugBar" in the context menu when your cursor is on a page element?
If so, try to click on it. It should open the Development bar.

Me too. The debugbar doesn't show on IE11, click view/toolbar and click debugbar, then 'internet explore has stopped working' popped out. My system win 7 64bit, tried IE11 32bit and 64bit, same problem.

Do you have any other IE add-ons ? Do you have a specific Anti-virus installed ?

Did you try to open the "dev bar" using the "Inspect Element with DebugBar" context menu when right clicking on a page?
