Mozilla's update feature.

Hi,

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask about this but is
there a way to change/disable Mozilla's behavior so that it does not
temporarily change the homepage to the Mozilla's project homepage
whenever a new version is released?

I don't mind that it shows it to me but we have several users which I
rather that they didn't see this message constantly as they don't
really care about it.
