no files Package in Woody CDs

Hi,

I currently use a Potato distrib. I want to upgrade to Woody using
unofficial CDs available at

ftp://ftp.kando.hu/pub/CDROM-Images/debian-unofficial/woody/

According to the *.list files, no CD contains files 'Package'. So,
will my potato's apt-get manage without these files? Aren't they
necessary? What should I put in my apt.source file?
