Bug#80588: Start page Search Forms ["PATCH"]

Nothing like a nice local homepage to speed up browser launch time, and
nothing like not having to follow a link to get a search done.
I edited the localstart.html to my liking, and attached it.
Aside from adding the forms for the three Google searches, I also switched
the order of the "General" and "Linux" Google searches, since IMHO it's
more useful to have them in that order. In addition, I included the
JavaScript that Google has so that the search box is selected by default.

other locations like freshmeat?
