Information Regarding Qthreads

Hi to everyone i am newbie in Qthreads and i have some work in which i
have to use Qthreads while googling about qthreads i didnt find much
about it but i found ample information regarding pthreads it would be
really great if someone could tell me from where should i start or
could provide a good tutorial from where i can learn how to use
qthreads..basically my work revolves around modifying the qthread.h
file so i need to modify the source code so any help in that direction
would be great..Waiting for your replies..
