Package: gs
Version: 6.51-4
Severity: normal

For some reason the stp driver in the current gs package (6.51-4) doesn't
produce any usable output anymore. The following command produces only 4
lines of output:

cat /usr/share/doc/gs/examples/grayalph.ps | gs \
-sDEVICE=stp -sModel=escp2-880 -sOutputFile=gs-output -

On my other computer, with package version 6.51-1, the exact same command
works just fine.

Another strangeness is that stp seems to reject some of it's previously
supported options. For example: the above command with only
-sMediaType='Inkjet Paper' added (worked earlier) procduces the following

GNU Ghostscript 6.51 (2001-03-28)
[...]
> Inkjet Paper is not a valid media type
Error: /rangecheck in --.outputpage--
Operand stack:

Execution stack:

Current allocation mode is local
Last OS error: 2
Current file position is 32683
GNU Ghostscript 6.51: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

Same goes for -sQuality='360 DPI High Quality' (and likely others).

Regards,
Lars
