we have a bunk of tidy errors these days.
It comes down to this two bugs:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=656266
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=661451
containing special characters (quote signs?) in their bug names,
and tidy is unhappy with them.
If this is already be worked on: sorry for the noise.
Otherwise: should the bug title be simply renamed to avoid the
confusion?
Any idea how to avoid such problems in the future?

This sure sounds like a bug in tidy; the titles are proper UTF8, and
there's nothing wrong with them.

13:13 < taffit> Hi. Did something changed in the Debbug SOAP interface,
regarding the encoding?
13:14 < dondelelcaro> taffit: yes, but it shouldn't have; I will fix it
eventually
13:16 < taffit> dondelelcaro: Thanks, so I guess I don't need to fix
scripts on www.d.o. Is there any ETA (if it's days, I'll cut the daily
spam to translators about encoding issue)?
13:17 < dondelelcaro> taffit: I'll try to fix it up today since at least
8 different people have asked abou tit
13:17 < taffit> sorry being the eighth one, and thanks again for your work
13:18 < dondelelcaro> taffit: nah, not a problem
13:18 < dondelelcaro> it's a bug, and reporting it is fine
Regards
David
Oh; there wasn't enough context to the original message for me to know
that you were using the SOAP interface to generate web pages; ignore
them for now, and I'll fix them shortly.
