Make tidy happy

we have a bunk of tidy errors these days.
It comes down to this two bugs:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=661451
containing special characters (quote signs?) in their bug names,
and tidy is unhappy with them.
If this is already be worked on: sorry for the noise.
Otherwise: should the bug title be simply renamed to avoid the
confusion?
Any idea how to avoid such problems in the future?

This sure sounds like a bug in tidy; the titles are proper UTF8, and
there's nothing wrong with them.

No, it's a bug in the Debbug SOAP interface.

Oh; there wasn't enough context to the original message for me to know
that you were using the SOAP interface to generate web pages; ignore
them for now, and I'll fix them shortly.
