Hi, thanks for this great piece!

I'm trying to capture data change in mongodb and send it to elasticsearch.

The thing is that I can't transform string-type data in structured format in elasticsearch.

Please check an example - github.com/debezium/debezium-examples/tree/master/… Also you can check how the unwrapping works when streaming to Elasticsearch debezium.io/blog/2018/01/17/streaming-to-elasticsearch so you just need to combine both sources mentioned to source from MongoDB to Elasticsearch
