Debezium permissions using publication...

Hi,

Do we need to have create perms on database for Postgres db.?

As per doc, if we use the publication then we need to have the below perms: -

a. Replication privileges

b. Create privileges on database.

c.  Select privileges on the tables to copy the initial table data.

Is it same case even if we create the publication manually.

Can someone please clarify.
