Isyour monitor plugged into your GPU or your mobo? If you are plugged into the motherboard, then you are using onboard graphics unless connected via your GPU. Are you saying that you are using 2 AMD GPU's? You should only need one driver for 8610 and that should be it. The 8610 is part of the 8600M series. You can try using the DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) tool to do a fresh install of the proper driver.
Plrinter is conneced, I can browse to in a web browser, I have replaced the network cables and power cycled the routers, Firewalls are off. Something isnt woking with the driver install? I remove the device then download the software/driver from HP and it doesnt fix it?
I suggest that you contact HP Total Care directly. An HP Representative will have the ability to assist you in real time so that you get the issue addressed now appose to waiting for a response on the Forums. An HP Representative will also have the ability to use remote assistance if you choose to take that route.
First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
HP Total Care does not rectify the problem correctly. What they do is drop the driver back to the 8600 driver, which allows printing to work but breaks all the other features/functionality of the MFP.
This is useless until HP decides to investigate this, in conjunction with the Windows 10 release. The full software package for the 8610 was released in November of 2015, and we are now running Windows 10 from 2016. Dear HP you need to re-test the full package, make the appropriate updates, and then get us a full software package that allows us to use all the features of this printer.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Hello -- Just purchased a new W11 desktop computer. It seems to work fine, except I've had zero luck trying to get it to see the USB connected HP8610 AIO printer. The system has worked quickly with all other USB devices (Audio, visual, even an old ipod), but it appears to totally ignore the printer. I've gone through multiple checklists as W11 and printers seem to be a problem area (i.e. rebooted system and printer; switched cables, ports; installed/uninstalled drivers, HP Smart). Also tried an old W10 HP workstation that had never been connected to the printer before -- and it was merrily printing away in a few minutes.
Hello -- I had previously tried the steps, but I'll give them another try tomorrow. I'm currently using wireless to connect and that works as expected, but since the printer sits right next to the workstation, I'd prefer to use USB (based on my experience, USB seems to initiate a print job quicker and pauses less during the actual print).
Went through the steps twice. Also deleting HP Smart both times, and turning off the printer wireless. It just never sees the printer hardware when connected via USB. The link you had provided is for installing HP Smart, which feels like a real blob of overhead software, when all I really need is the full feature driver. HP Smart just feels like it gets in the way.
Good day.
We have three different Canon MFD installed in our office.
From firewall logs I detected that some original software from Canon (I believe taht this is Canon Scan Utility) installed on most of our worsktations sent multicast requests on each internal IP adress on UDP port 8610 (seems that software is searching for new devices in network). It cause network storm and increase CPU load on our switches.
Hi, YuriS!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon models you're using and which operating systems are running on your computers (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!
Unfortunately, there would not be a setting to turn off the broadcasting from the software. In that situation, you can uninstall the the scanner driver or you can click on the icon for the MF network scanner selector in the lower of the computer screen and uncheck the scanner that the software is connected to.
If you have a huge amount of custom print or scan settings write them down somewhere. You should completely uninstall the old and reinstall the new printer driver. In my experience Windows 10 thinks it knows much better than you about your preferred printer driver software leading to duplicate printers and other foolish behaviors.
The universal Twain driver is designed as an Enterprise level solution. We have had success with Laserjet devices that are at least 400 level products like the 428 or 479 and Pagewide Pro products like the P57750. Smaller officejet products were never designed for Enterprise rollout and therefore they typically take advantage of the Scan software that comes packaged with it or HP Smart.
Chroma 8610 warning functions and protection mechanisms include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit, and temperature monitoring. The software with open architecture can easily integrate real-time systems, power equipment, measurement modules, along with designated simulation models for vehicle-level, highly dynamic testing of battery packs.
Such as the battery charge/discharge start and stop, charge/discharge voltage/current/power settings, insulation measurement start, fault injection signal selection, test condition selection, et cetera. Control the values digitally and through dragging and switching.
