This is Seongwoo Hong (Silton0506). I have lost my signing key while
reinstalling Debian, so I generated a new key to be used for the
keysigning party. Is it too late for me to notify this change?

I am sure your key was not updated in our registration system.

If needed, please update it on:

https://debconf24.debconf.org/register/step-4

1. Enter your new fingerprint.
2. Click 'Next Page' to save your new key fingerprint.
3. Click '13. Billing' and then click 'Next Page' to update your registration.
4. Check your mailbox to confirm it has been updated.

Well, key signing party will not be operated by the local team, and I am
not sure who will handle this year's key signing party.

If you have further questions, you can ask to regist...@debconf.org.
