I was recently invited to listen in to an on-air broadcast by a Mr.
Ken Ham, young earth creationist extraordinaire. (Yes, the one of
creationist museum fame).

What is a good summary on the web where I might direct the odd
evangelical fundamentalist to see the breadth and depth of the
rejection of young earth creationism within the scientific community?

While listening into the program, I was astounded to hear Mr. Ham
claim that 'many' in the institutions of science back up his claims.
The profound ignorance of this man was astounding, and he clearly
caters to an ignorant crowd who gladly lay down what meager remaining
skepticism they might hold in favor of his calm, soothing, expert-
sounding voice, while he speaks of the outright falsehoods of science
and its attempt to rationalize god out of his own handiwork.

If nothing exists of the sort, I will try to put something together
myself.

Thanks
nzalu

It is true that many scientists, next to being scientist, are
Christian.
BUT most of these people have no background in religious studies and
what does it mean that say, an economist believes in God?

There is a list of scientists allegedly rejecting evolution.
BUT petition did not reject evolution but said something about
carefully studying.
AND many people on this list were not happy to be on it but could not
get off. I believe it was YouTube user thunderf00t, or cdk007, or
DonExodus2.

(going through every bloody favourite on my list.... not found, oh
here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ty1Bo6GmPqM )
