Dear all,

the victory of the Czech Republic over the brilliant finalists New Zealand has brought another year's WODC to a close.  Thank you to everyone who took part.  Thanks for all your hard work, your enthusiasm and most of all, your patience.

The site has been particularly difficult to use for the last few months and I can't imagine how frustrating it must have been for you trying to post points close to deadline.  Free supply of hair colourant for anyone who can show me how grey they went as a result.

Thank you also to everyone who had to deal with mistakes our end.  The public voting mechanism caused problems this year and that wasn't helped by some errors on our part.  We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

That said it was a great event and we're delighted with how it all went and the effort you guys put in.

As a thank you we'd like to present all participants with an electronic certificate of participation, so please let me know the full names of all members of your team.

Thanks again and hope to see you next year.
