Dear Team, Please go through the mail, Rijan and I drafted this one and going to send to Margaret reply to her earlier mail.

Looking for your comments and suggestion. Please send it by today 5:00 GMT.

Hi Margaret

I received mail  from Malcom on January 30, 2011 from WSDC 2011 organizing team regarding the registration of Nepalese Team in WSDC 2011.Seeing that we both have the same goal, that is to present a strong team from Nepal in WSDC 2011, it would be highly beneficial if we coordinate with each other to achieve this goal.

After the event of WSDC Doha-2010 we had planned accordingly for the WSDC 2011. We had already established a team but there are room for ammendments.

Since you have been showing lots of interest regarding the proper representation of Nepalese team in WSDC, Dundee, we would like to incorporate your ideas, resources and skills to multiply the debating capacity of the Nepalese team in the forth coming event and in future events too.

To institutionalize debating in Nepal we established Nepalese Youth Debaters Club (NYDC) in April 2010, and to strengthen the debating, we have initiated few programs locally and have also planned events in the upcoming months. And as for WSDC  participants, we had planned to organize Inter college debating competition, entitled Kathmandu Debates 2011.

We are glad to hear that you will be arriving here soon. Seeing that WSDC, Dundee is the highlight of the recent activity that is going to happen, we would like to know how we can work together for debating in Nepal, during your stay here.

Dear Abhishek,
We are the coach to the Nepal National debating team and have entered them into the world schools competition in Dundee in august 2011. Their coach is Scott Ralston who emailed me saying there's been an error as they received an application from you registering as team coach. I'll be in Nepal very soon to train and make the final team selection. Are there debaters who'd like to take part?

Regards
Margaret

just add something like,' .... we have been working to promote debate in Nepal since 2-3 years. Therefore, if she (whoever is coming to Nepal) can coordinate with us then we will also get opportunity to learn new things from her and we can help her to explain more about debating culture in Nepal and some of the best debaters that we have in Nepal.  But if she comes and selects the team without consulting to us then our work that we have done till now will be of no use. Again, selection by some foreigners means that we would never be able to develop any adjudicator from Nepal because each year a foreigner would come to our country and select participants giving a false impression to world that Nepalese people are not capable enough to selected the best participants..............................'

Avishek dai,

I hope I am not late to write this.

The letter is fine. Yes, add few things kshitiz dai wrote. If possible please ask that when is she coming to Nepal. So that we could make plans before her visit.

Thanks,
Sabin
