Cintri disrespect Phnom Penh City hall 's agreement hurting SME business

Dear All, 

According to Phnom Penh City hall agreement with Cintri , it is just $ 5 (five ) for business locating along the flat.

However, now they are strongly demand  $ 25 per month against their agreement with city hall. 

I really don't understand why they put pressure on SME against the city hall.... Why don't they respect city hall? 

According to many ASEAN and world experts, SME is a very important to develop Cambodian economy in ASEAN integration. 

However, Cintri breached their agreement with city and forcing SME to pay $ 300 per year . 

Please find justice! and please contribute to promote SME in Cambodia.
