Greetings!

The Debating Society of PES University, Bangalore is pleased to officially invite you to the 3rd Edition of The PES Debate which will be held from 26th-28th January 2019, at PES University, Bangalore.

The PES Debate is renowned as India’s premier debating tournament with stellar adjudication cores the likes of Michael Dunn, Ashish Kumar, Harish Natarajan, and Raffy Marshall in past editions, with debaters from all over India and across Asia from countries like Singapore, Malaysia and Bangladesh, coming together to win the coveted winner’s trophy.

The tournament will follow a strict n-1 adjudicator policy for all contingents. Should you fail to fulfil this requirement, the adjudicator slots would have to be paid for nonetheless.
The team cap is currently set at 60 (subject to an upward revision). We will try our best to allocate slots on a first come first serve basis. Gear up and be sure to reserve your dates for what we hope will be one of the best tournaments in and around this circuit!

The registration fees for the tournament is as follows -
1. INR 2,500 per person (with accommodation).
2. INR 2,000 per person (without accommodation).
As an added incentive for international teams, we are providing a waiver on registration fees.
