to Debate the Issues
There are merits to goverment control over certain programs, but many
argue the government should give private industry the oppertunity to
take it away from government. I sure there are plenty of arguements
to be had on both sides of this issue so please offer them for
consideration. What industries can be operated better in the private
sector, what is the role of government here. Should we allow private
industry to play a bigger role, or have there been problems with
privatization and the government should do more?

to Debate the Issues
I won't entirely advocate for one side or the other. I believe the
solution lies between the two extremes. I will promote private
enterprise taking over all industry verticles, however, the goverment
will need to establish the proper system of regulation in order to
maintain private enterprise mainatins certain minimums and so that the
rules of the given industry protect the general population and that
the companies in a given industry create benefits to the national
economy while seeking their profit. In this way the governement is
not in any given industry, but is responsible for the rule making and
regulation of many industries.
At this point, one should ask if the government should require a
governing body made of the private enterprise representatives to self
enforce. They could meet with the goverment bodies in order to
discuss changes to the existing regulation while presenting reports on
the success of their industries enforcement. They can present their
industry health and the benefit their industry has brought about
measured by economic and social.
