Tentative for AGM

The tentative date for AGM will be set on 13th of June (Next Wednesday) at 7.30pm

Venue : D3 or D4

Can I know among 13th of June (Next Wednesday), 15th of June (Next Friday), and 20th June (Next next Wednesday)

Which date best suits your team's / department's availability?

I need to make a decision on this before booking the place of AGM

I especially need the responses from HICOMs, HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS, and CAPTAINS OF EACH TEAMS (English, Malay, Chinese)

Conclusion

English training on tuesday and wednesday. Other than that should be fine. Anyway Kelvin please take not that there is a possibility that next tuesday till thursday will be lecture free day due to a function in KL which UTP's lecturers and GA are involve.

After some discussions made, the conclusion is that it will be better that the AGM date to be set on next Thursday 14/06/12.

Sean : Sorry hehe, you'll have to miss this AGM lol.

Do leave a note if there is any major problems regarding the date set before Sunday, after that I'll proceed with booking the venue.
