Dear sir/miss,

Referring to the subject issued, UTP Debate Club will be having the Annual General Meeting for 2013 session. Details of the AGM is as below;

Date : 30th April 2013

Time : 8.30 p.m - 10 p.m.

Venue : Pocket D 4

Attire : casual

Agenda : Selection for 2013 HICOM, Finance Presentation, and Activities Planning.

It will be the great pleasure if all the member of UTP Debate Club could give co-operation by attending the Annual General Meeting (AGM 2013). Hope to see you there.
