Dear auspicious members of UTP Debate Club,

I bid everyone healthy and living a happy life.

At the end of this semester, our club is organizing a grand dinner to primarily honor our club members; BM, BI, MANDARIN, and DEPARTMENT members who had worked hard for almost two years
under the UTP Debate Club Re-Branding Program.

Northern Debate Powerhouse is our dream and we are on the right track to achieve it with international debate participations and achievements as well as organizing various events and tournaments.

I'm writing this email to open a recruitment opportunity for the grand dinner organizing committee. It's nothing fancy but memorable nonetheless.

If you are interested, please reply to this email. Available position includes:

  1. Project Manager
  2. Assistant Project Manager
  3. Secretary
  4. Treasurer
  5. Head of Logistic Department
  6. Head of Public Relation and Invitation
  7. Head of Ceremony and Protocol
  8. Head of Food and Beverage

I'm very sorry that I can't join in both organizing the grand dinner and the grand dinner itself. Hope y'all enjoy the dinner and delighted by the presence of the members and of course the meals served.

That is very unfortunate that you cannot join us Muiz as one of the most appreciated winner of various tournaments in Malay Debate. Your credibility is impeccable. Hope that skills and knowledge of yours would be inherited by your juniors.

I must also mention that this dinner also is intended to appreciate our advisors who have been there for us in many circumstances. We must not also forget to invite our previous VC, Datuk Dr Zainal for his patronage to the club.

I hope to see more volunteers for this event. Everyone is welcomed.
