Deathbomb Newsletter: The CAT is now the CEO!

Hello Deathbomb Friends,

In the wee hours of the afternoon yesterday, we finalized the contract
for our cat Leroy to take over as the CEO of Deathbomb Arc. Leroy
insisted we film it, both as proof and as his first act as head
honcho. Leroy is a big amateur video buff and thinks that Deathbomb
Arc doesn't post enough silly videos on youtube. So, as the year
unfolds, expect to see many more videos of Leroy's adventures running
a record label. I, now as his assistant, will still be doing the
typing for the newsletter. Leroy hates typing. That said, silly videos
are not Leroy's only plans for the label. Some truly substantial
changes are in store. Some stuff I'm very excited about. Leroy is so

1. Call for contributors to DBA100

A very long time in the making, Deathbomb Arc will celebrate putting
out more than 100 releases so far with a free online compilation
called DBA100. The comp will feature a bunch of Deathbomb acts, both
new and old, doing covers of their favorite songs we've released, a
mix of Deathbomb rarities, and a virtual scrapbook. We've also decided
to open up the covers portion to YOU. If you/your band/orchestra/noise
support group want to do a cover of a song released on Deathbomb Arc,
then do it! No submissions will be turned away. We're excited to hear
your interpretations! The deadline is Feb 1st though, so you got to
act fast. If you have any questions about this, just email me at
dbombarc at gmail.


2. Digi Singles Club update

The 2nd single for this years Digital Singles Club came out yesterday.
More an ep than a single, it feautred two new songs from Dustin Wong
and 2 new songs from his friend Eachothers. Since we got sent more
music from these guys than expected, we are sharing one track from
each of them. Also, Isaac Hicks art for this is so stunning, we had to
share that too.
