Hello Deathbomb Friends!!

Just back from the 3rd Foot Village tour this year. Considering that
FV did ZERO tours in 2010, it has been a busy year for us. This tour
included some highlights like visiting Grandpa's Cheesebarn, doing
laundry, and finding the golden skull. BTW, the golden skull was in
Columbus, where my nice sweater still is as well :( Meanwhile, Leroy
was left to watch over the house by himself!!! And guess what. He
didn't kill a single thing while we were gone. Good boy.

1. New in our distro
-------------------------------
Finally have copies of the debut 12" from LA's CRAZY BAND! The album,
'Fuck You' is out of control good. They are preposterous to the point
of truth. They are punk without modifiers. One of my most anticipated
albums of the year, 'Fuck You' lives up to all my internet hype. The
simple aesthetics (dry as fuck guitar, mumble shout vocals, etc) have
a down home, comfort food feel to them, just walking the edge of
falling apart enough. While the band members' past affiliations are
not misdirecting (Mika Miko, Silver Daggers), Crazy Band is def not
those things. Very particular to its own 'Fuck You', just as they told
you from the get go. Beyond Highly Recommended.

2. NEW CAPTAIN AHAB MUSIC VIDEO!!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------
This came out just before I went on tour, so maybe you've already seen
it, but it is too mind scrambling not to make sure I share! For a
brand new song called "The Kingdom of Light", Lawrence Klein (director
of classic Ahab videos such as "I Can't Believe It's Not Booty" and
"The End of Irony" returns for a break neck journey through the bands'
baffling/disgusting/awe-inspiring bucket list. Must be seen to
believe! Much thanks to Altered Zones for debuting it!

3. Foot Village did what?
--------------------------------------
Hey, Foot Village just played at ATP NJ and then toured the east coast
a bit! Thank you so much to everyone that played, that set up shows,
and most of all, the came and partied! I think more dancing occurred
on this tour than any other FV tour. That rules. Below is some
documentation of the trip, videos, reviews, etc.

NPR is sharing a video of our ATP appearance at:

Special live recording of “The Eric André Show” for the Adult Swim
Network:
Absurdist comedian Eric André unsuccessfully attempts to host a
criminally-insane mock talk show. Imagine Charlie Rose on salvia, then
mix in elements from hyperactive Japanese game shows and 70’s era New
York public access, and you will begin to visualize Eric’s playpen of
hysteria.
Guests include Kid Rock, Savion Glover, and George Lucas.
With musical guest…
Heller Keller
