Constraint Handling - class deap.tools.DeltaPenality

Hi,

I haven't been able to find the decorator penalty function DeltaPenality in the tools module of my installation (1.0.1.). Where can I get hold of this?

Dear Edward,

Constraint handling is new in the 1.1 version, you should install the master branch on the github repository with 

pip install -U git+http://github.com/DEAP/deap
