Hi Michael,

Have you looked at the Travelling Salesman Problem example? It is there : https://github.com/DEAP/deap/blob/master/examples/ga/tsp.py
It's more artificial than a VRP problem, but it should be quite similar to what you want to do.

Thanks very much,I know the tsp example,but I am new to use python and DEAP. I want to find an example to solve vrp because it will have several routes.

I think the best you can get from DEAP users list has been said by Marc-André. It's now up to you how to solve the VRP, either looking at the literature or define your own approach, and then implement it yourself.
