Add DEAP to the Anaconda package management system

Hi all,

I'm looking to add TPOT (https://github.com/rhiever/tpot) to the Anaconda package management system, but it seems I can't because DEAP is not on there. Is it possible to add DEAP to the Anaconda package management system?
