How to use DEAP with my dataset

I want to perform Genetic programming based Symbolic regression on DEAP framework,

Can anyone help me out how we perform this with any dataset.

Hi!

Taking as an example the knapsack problem, on line 38 and 39 they create a random dataset for this problem.

So, you need to create your dataset with a similar structure (for knapsack problem)

Thus, I think you could do the same with your problem.
