Senator Santiago is happy to accept your kind invitation to be your commencement speaker on Sunday, 20 May 2012, 2:00 p.m., at the UP Theater. As previously discussed, our Office expects a crowd of 1,000 people, and that she will be the only commencement speaker. Please feel free to invite media, particularly TV, to her speech.
It is not necessary to give her a plaque. Instead, she would appreciate the latest lawbook or paperback bestseller, or a recent CD of classical music. She looks forward to meeting you all.
