Subject:  UP Balik PhD Recruitment Program (under the UP Expanded Modernization Program)

 

Kindly find attached information on the UP Balik PhD Recruitment Program. This is part of the UP Expanded Modernization Program approved in the 1275^th BOR meeting on 24 November 2011. This program is one of UP's initiatives to increase and strengthen its faculty by inviting Filipinos with PhDs based abroad to come home to UP and serve the country.
