      With the approval of the Office of the Chancellor, the Information Management Service (IMS) Office would like to inform the deans/directors of different colleges/units and heads of different offices, that, if their employees would like to avail of the individual UPM email address (user...@post.upm.edu.ph), they should send a request, through email or written memo, addressed to the IMS the following information:

Full name of employee (including middle name)
Category (please check):
          ___ Faculty
          ___ Non-faculty
Unit/office
Designation
Alternative email address

The request should be endorsed by the respective head of unit/office.

In order to facilitate the issuance of individual UPM WebMai addresses, the request may be  done as a group request and endorsed by the head of office.
