So, we did'nt realise that the Offer Page wasn't displaying correctly.
Problem was that we had a new tweak to implement, but decided not to
and forgot to remove some part of the code that was related to that
tweak on the Offer Page, so the offers couldn't be shown.
Our bad!
It's fixed now.
