trilinos error with candi

I am getting this error. I am pretty new for Linux environment. What should I write after getting this error. May you help me about that?

My best bet would be that your compiler is just too old, what are you using?

Also, what does the referenced line in packages/kokkos/core/src/impl/Kokkos_Core.cpp look like?
