PETSc vs Trilinos for step41

I was wondering why Trilinos is used in Step41 and not Petsc?

Hi Reza,

I don't think there is a particular reason. Trilinos was simply chosen. Making PETSc work like in spep-40 should be not an issue.

There are other tutorials that use PETSc and others that support both PETSc and Trilinos.
