spack load dealii@9.3.3 show error: list index is out of range

Steps to reproduce

I installed dea...@9.3.3 with command spack install -v dealii~examples~threads. After installation, I loaded the dealii, and everything worked fine. Then, I run spack gc. And next time I run spack load dealii, it shows error list index is out of range.

Error message

==>list index is out of range

Spack: 0.18.0 (c09bf37)
Python: 3.8.10
Platform: linux-ubuntu20.04-skylake
