Hi,

In Step-46 tutorial, what type of solution is? partitioned or monolithic.

Thanks for any response.

step-46 is a poor man's version of a fluid-structure problem because the fluid
influences the structure but not the other way around. As a consequence, there
is no difference between a partitioned and a monolothic solver because one
does not have to iterate between the two components (as one typically has to
do for partitioned solvers).

Best
W.
