I want to see the position of the nodes in high order elements. Does deallii support this ?

In some way, the position of nodes of higher order elements are arbitrary. You
can query them via DoFTools::map_dofs_to_support_points(), but they do not
show up in graphical visualizations.

But you *can* output the solution as a higher-order polynomial. You might want
to check the documentation of DataOut::build_patches().
