Prof. Chad Landis and I are looking to develop mathematical models and software for the simulation of the response of Ceramic Matrix Composite (CMC) materials to high-speed flows. The project is part of a mult-year, large-scoped departmental effort at UT Austin and the mathematical models will be implemented in deal.II.
