Dynamic hyperelastic model possibly from step-44

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has tried to formulate a dynamic model for step-44? I'm interested in surface instability of a hyperelastic material such as wrinkling and creasing. I have looked at a few FE code out there and deal.ii capabilities are promising. If anyone could help me on this it would be great?
