"Someone is tinkering with a vacant arena slot" Error

I have a code for a turbulence model with which I am trying to check the convergence rate, so I refine mesh several times. It works fine up until 3rd refinement, but in the 4th refinement, it quits at the last time step giving me the error message "Someone is tinkering with a vacant arena slot". What might have gone wrong?

Dear Mustafa,

You haven’t provided us with very much information to help you here. It would appear that you are hitting this assertion within the TBB library but without more context its impossible to tell why its happening. Could you please give us the full error message as is output when running your code in debug mode, as well as the “detailed.log” that lists how deal.II is configured?

I rerun the code in order to copy the full error message. Fortunately, it gave me the result, and it seems to be one-time issue. It looks weird as why I got this error message in the first place, and why it now does work. But there is no problem as long as it works.
