Dear Colleagues,
we are pleased to announce the HPSF Community Summit 2026, to be held on February 25-27, 2026 at the Technical University of Braunschweig (Germany).
The
High Performance Software Foundation (HPSF, https://hpsf.io) is
an open, community-driven foundation that supports the development,
sustainability, and adoption of high-quality open-source software for
high-performance scientific computing.
The HPSF Community Summit is a European forum for researchers,
developers, and users of high-performance software from academia,
industry, and research laboratories. The on-site event aims to foster
technical exchange, strengthen open-source communities, and discuss
future directions in high-performance scientific software. It features
dedicated project sessions for Trilinos, Kokkos, Spack, Environment Modules, and AMReX/WarpX,
as well as cross-cutting and community-oriented contributions. In
addition, the program will feature contributed talks, poster sessions,
and networking opportunities across application domains and software
stacks.

- High-performance software design and development
- Algorithms and frameworks for scalable scientific computing
- Application use cases, performance studies, and best practices
- Software sustainability, interoperability, and community building
